How do you put your voice over a song?

I'm making a trailer for an abridged series and i want to record the characters' voices over the song, but I can't time it right. I talk too slow and it doesn't match the video. By the way, I'm using Audacity to edit the voices and record them, and windows movie maker to edit the video clips.

Why did the Mountain Dew throwback with real sugar make my friend and I feel sick?

My friend, her brother, and I all agreed that the Mountain Dew throwback made our throats feel tingly and achy and our stomachs started hurting. I felt as though I might get sick. What could possibly be wrong with that but be fine with the regular Mountain Dew?

Starting from right when I stop consciously restricting myself from going, and "let go," I feel pain up until the point when the flow actually starts to come out. I actually probably wouldn't say pain, but more like discomfort that would make me grimace every time.
