Tragus and conch piercings compared to cartilage?

I have my lobes double pierced and my cartilage pierced on one ear. I was wondering how different the conch and tragus piercings are compared to cartilage. The cartilage piercing that I have done was relatively painless and quick (I had it done with a gun, bad I know). So I'm pretty good with pain I suppose. But any stories will be helpful :)
