Am I Just Furthering My Dog's Bad Behavior?

My 12 year old female maltese sometimes rips up anything that is made of paper when we are not at home. The problem is that she absolutely loves it when I give her a paper towel roll to tear up. I can't bring myself to not give her one because she looks so happy when she's chewing on it. What should I do?
