Do I need to install Civilization IV Warlords if I already have Civilization 4 Beyond the Sword?

There are two expansion packs to Civ 4. Would it make any difference if I install Warlords before Beyond the Sword, or would installing the latter make the installation of Warlords unnecessary? Thanks!
