Help with cystic acne plz?

okay im in desprate need of help. like im trying every thing from, warm water to black salve or how ever u spell it. like i have like really bad cyst on my face especially my forhead. like rite now im on accutane and i must admit its the best product ive used and ive tried every thing and man i have acne like super bad. all over my face,back shoulders, chest and neck. but the cyst are my hugest problem. so if any one could tell me a good product that i can use to get rid of them for good. and plz dont suggest any washes cause my acne has gotten so bad that i cant wash my face with out hurting my self like the littlest touch hurts. so ya. thanks. i really really apperciate it.
