How many sumo wrestlers are now in the Makuuchi and Juryo Divisions that are from Mongolia?

I understand the Mongolians are now dominating sumo in the higher divisions and there are many of them compared to other foreigners. Is this true? How many of them are now in the Makuuchi and Juryo Divisions, and how dominant are they really? Thanks.
