My cut is turning yellowish... kinda?

Ok, so... don't be harsh or judgemental. So about two years ago i gave myself a little heart tattoo on my right hip. Now i want it gone, so i got the bright idea "Hey, ill just cut it out" right? no problem... sure. So that didnt work, i had used a pen and calligraphy ink which kinda loged the ink in pretty deep. So now not only do i have ink in my skin, but i also have a pretty bad cut (able to heal though). And on one side of it somehow a layer of skin was removed and its now a white yellowish color. Is it infected or is it just the lighter color of the under epidermis? Im also worried because i have a pretty bad pain (not excruciating) on my abdomen which makes me freak that i have appendicitis. Help please? Yes, i know im an idiot.... dont bash please if you can help it.
