Queensland Mental Health Laws?

I am wondering if any one knows about the Queensland Mental Health Tribunal & Mental Health Dr's Not seeing a person for 6 months laws? I am on an Involuntary Treatment Order and believe that seeing i have not seen my dr' for 6 months I am off the involuntary Treatment Order now. Can you also tell me about if i see a private mental health dr do i come off the ITO with out having to go to there tribunal meeting? Do i have to tell my Current Mental Health Dr that has me on the ito about seeing a private mental health dr or is this private matter between the new dr and myself. The sooner i have nothing more to do with Queensland health the better. I am also wanting to know how can Queensland Mental Health hold you in a secure unit when hospital like the Townsville Mater Hospital don't have bars? How come Mental Health Dr's have the right to ask personal questions if you don't want to answer them? Can the police enter private property if they have a letter from Mental Health no judge?
