What is the maximum load tipper could carry in your country?

I wish to find out the maximum load a 6 wheeler or 10 wheeler tipper that permited to carry. In my country- Malaysia , a 6 wheeler tipper and 10 wheeler tipper with the load and its own weigh only allowed to be 16000kg and 24000kg respectively. If a 6 wheeler tipper's weigh is 7000 kg ,the maximum load allowed to carry is only 9000 kg(i.e.: 16000 kg - 7000 kg). What about other part of countries in Asia and America, Europe Countries and Australia?
