What killed my 6 line wre?

i have a yellowtale damselfish, vampire blenny, osi clownfish, lawnmower blenny, 2reef cats. i have a pair of cleaner shrimp picking a hole into the side of the 6 line wre. would a pregnant peppermint kill a 6 line.
