Why is my "best" friend doing this i dont understand he is acting like a girl...?

It seems you had the wrong group of friends , Find some new friends that have the same interest as you , go to summer camp , summer bowling team , do some volunteer work at a local charity , go hang out where the good kids hang out , go to Church , look up your local summer programs , get involved , meet new friends .
