Carlos Lee for Jose Reyes?

I have been offered Reyes and Adam Lind in a trade. I would have to give up Carlos Lee and Adam Wainwright. It is a 14 team Head to Head keeper league. If I made the deal I would improve at Shortstop (I currently start Pheralta) . After losing Lee I would start Holliday, Rios and Shin Soo Choo or Jay Bruce in OF and my starters would be Liriano, Josh Johnson, Kevin Slowey, Mark Buehrle, Armando Galaragga and Aaron Laffey. I need to improve my average category and although Lee will probably have a higher avg than Reyes, Reyes is clearly an upgrade over Pheralta. Would you do the trade?
