Why do my affect my oris the most?

Okay so i now am having my second outbreak of hsv 1 genitally. Alright so last time it was like TERRIBLE, this time, I can feel a few sores coming in around my , but thats how it started out last time. How bad was your first outbreak than your second? Also, why on earth does it affect my oris like 324234 times more. I get the most sores tehre and everything. And itching, what can i do to help itttttt? It itches like crazy, and i use some itch relief but it doesnt help much . I heard benedryl might, any other suggestions, thanks.
